Hamptons

Calissa Hamptons
Location: Water Mill, New York
“Came here for a Bachelorette party — not gonna lie, was a bit worried being a part of a large group and given how hectic/busy the restaurant was with other parties. I spoke to the front of house and my server, unsure of what I communicated was properly heard. To my surprise, they brought out our table’s Greek salads with cheese on the side, which would so great. My reccomendation, go here with a smaller group and quieter weekend.”

Bostwick’s Chowder House
Location: East Hampton, New York
“Communicated my allergies to my server. She was reassuring and made sure to double check with the kitchen for whatever we needed. Ended up being a great meal with friends that was (most importantly) safe!”

Wölffer Estate Vineyard
Location: Sagaponack, New York
“Great place to stop by with a large group, grab wine and other beverages (both non-alcoholic & alcoholic) and simple bites. Also packaged snacks safe for food allergies (think: closed bag of chips). Come for the ambience, the photo op, and live music!”
Cape Cod

Hyannis Harbor Hotel
Location: Barnstable, Massachusetts
“Great hotel that felt more like an inn with proximity to a CVS, Trader Joe’s, and right by Cape Cod hospital (god forbid anything were to go wrong). Also right by Cape Cod airport which gave me some reassurance about any sort of emergency transportation (again, god forbid anything were to go wrong). We kept a ton of safe snacks in our room which came in handy when we were hungry late at night & local spots were closed.”

Flying Bridge Restaurant
Location: Flamouth, Massachusetts
“Went here after a day out sailing. Was super busy bustling with large and small groups. Let my server know about my nut/dairy allergies and he made sure to include that in the order. The food was fantastic, so fresh, and had a ton of options! Lots of seafood, so might be worth avoiding if you have a seafood allergy.”

Lobster Trap Restaurant & Fish Market
Location: Bourne, Massachusetts
“Stopped here for lunch on our drive back to Connecticut/New York and so glad we did. Allowed us to grab a lobster roll (tick that off my bf’s Cape Cod bucket list) while I had a lot of nut-free/dairy-free options to choose from. While I was unable to get the lobster roll (lots of butter, so no good) I went with a tuna poke bowl & added grilled shrimp on top!”

Sister Ship
Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
“Called ahead of my trip to Nantucket to make sure eating here would be safe. There were a lot of nuts on the menu so I was worried. We made sure to order the safest foods for sharing (me + boyfriend) which ended up being the garlic shrimp & seafood paella. Truly delicious, but menu a bit limiting depending on your food allergies”

The Daily Paper on Main
Location: Barnstable, Massachusetts
“Came here for breakfast before strolling along Main Street to shop. Our waitress was very helpful and the staff seems well aware of food allergies. Upon ordering my omelette, she reassured me that my meal would be cooked in its own pan vs. a flat top and replaced my potatoes (not dairy-free) with fruit to accommodate. They also had gluten-free bread for my boyfriend!”

Wild Goose Tavern
Location:Chatham, Massachusetts
“Waitress was extremely helpful taking into account my allergies, checking with kitchen staff, and modifying shared dishes between me and my partner so we could share!”

The Schooner Liberté
Location: Falmouth, Massachusetts
“Really great allergy-free activity perfect for all ages! Truly wonderful. You board the boat and are sailed around for 3-4 hours taking in the sights and sounds. Drinks available for purchase too, both alcoholic or non-alcoholic.”
