“This was my favorite restaurant in Rome. When you’re seated they ask if anyone in your party is gluten free, and they will switch out your placemat to one that is marked gluten free and they will give you prepackaged silverware. The entire menu can be made gluten free, and they make their gluten-free menu items in a separate facility. The pizza was amazing, the crust wasn’t too thin and it was fluffy along the edges with an amazing sauce and cheese combo.”
