Gluten-Free Spain Top Picks

Hi! I’m Christina, and I recently traveled to Spain! I found many safe spots to eat while managing celiac disease and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my finds are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was LaLinda Bravas y Tapas, where I had traditional tapas! The restaurant is 100% gluten-free and in a fun neighborhood to explore. A fun thing to do if you are in Spain is to vist Seville, a beautiful and picturesque town. They have a gluten-free bakery there called Chok. Postigo 10

Location: Sevilla, Spain

“If you are looking for gluten-free tapas, check out this spot! The restaurant is 100% gluten-free, but they did have regular beer and bread. All the food is gluten-free. If you have celiac, they take cross-contamination seriously and only serve gluten-free bread at the table. We tried potatoes bravas, fried calamari, Caesar salad, a few meat dishes, and a spinach dish. It wasn’t the best gluten-free food I’ve had, but it was nice to have a safe option.”
