Spring Cafe

Location: Aspen, Colorado

“What a gem in Aspen! Loads of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch. Super healthy tonics, lattes (house made chai and fresh pressed turmeric lattes), and a clearly labeled menu.”

Casa Tua

Location: Aspen, Colorado

“Another good experience. Was able to have the bread (made in house) and lemon sorbet for dessert, so a win for this meal. Waiter did a good job steering us away from items that may have cross-contamination.”

CP Burger

Location: Aspen, Colorado

“This place is a find! Super casual spot attached to a mini golf too. Lots of burgers and heathy options. They have pine nuts on one salad, and they said sunflower in a toffee shake but no other nuts – and they have milkshakes!!! They carry gluten-free buns too! Truffle fries and tater tots both would be safe for my daughter!”

Betula Aspen

Location: Aspen, Colorado

“For starters, this place is stunning!! I was really amazed how educated the staff was on not just nuts (very limited) but also dairy — we were with someone who doesn’t eat dairy, and they were beyond proactive about what had dairy and how they could accommodate avoiding dairy. We don’t have a dairy allergy, but I definitely took note of their care! Very thoughtful.”

Casa D’ Angelo Ristorante

Location: Aspen, Colorado

“First time eating here. The homemade pasta was excellent, and the setting is beautiful. The waiter was helpful and brought our allergy card back to the chef to make sure the order was safe. We will come back!”

Slice of Italy

Location: Snowmass Village, Colorado

“This place was great! They were very accommodating. One thing to note is that they do normally use egg wash on their pizza, but they were able to make me a personal pizza without using the egg wash so that I could safely enjoy.”

Gwyn’s High Alpine Restaurant

Location: Snowmass Village, Colorado

“I informed them of my gluten-free needs, and they made sure everything was gluten-free for me. They knew there was a coating on the french fries, so the kitchen proactively decided to substitute arugula for the fries. So great here!”

Venga Venga Cantina & Tequila Bar

Location: Snowmass Village, Colorado

“This place is great! Menu symbols to indicate certain allergens (dairy, gluten, and nuts) and super helpful and knowledgeable waitstaff. Our waiter was able to communicate for us a few times back and forth with the chef regarding a few different questions. And I had a safe and delicious meal.”
