“Came back here with my food allergy friend who has the same allergies as my son and peanuts. She had a ton of options at the club level lounge where we ate all of our food. Such an easy place to stay, loved it.
We stayed in a suite which gives you access to their VIP club with a separate lounge space for buffet meals, snacks and drinks, so I can’t comment on the main restaurant. But, the club level staff was super helpful in getting me corn tortillas and clarifying any questions I had. They have gluten-free chilaquiles and scrambled eggs. They offer yogurts and fresh fruit. Not a ton of options but there was always something gluten-free I could find. NOTE: I didn’t have my treenut allergic son with me. There were lots of open bowls of nuts around the buffet.”

“I love this place!
Ask for the corn tortillas to be separated from the flour tortillas, they were originally all put in the same tortilla warmer together – their queso fundido and quac are amazing. For our main course we had grilled meats and veggies on little hibachis at the table. Fantastic meal. Note: Treenuts are fairly prevalent at the restaurant and I did not have my allergy child with me.”
Casa Virginia
“By far the best food of the whole trip. This place is amazing! If you don’t know any Spanish a translation card would be helpful. But they were great with allergies and there were tons of amazing options. Food allergy had Sopes and the sea bass. Gluten-Free had the Sopes and risotto. So so good, definitely go here.”

“Waitstaff was great with food allergies, there are tree nuts on the menu but they were able to make a ton of amazing dishes without them. Not a huge selection of gluten-free options. Food allergy ate a bunch of the pizzas and heirloom salad. Gluten-free had the lamb shish kabob – wouldn’t recommend not because it wasn’t safe but it wasn’t that great. But all of the other food was amazing and staff was super knowledgeable and helpful.”
Restaurante Rosetta
“Such a stunning location and vibe. Book this early, it’s hard to get in! The restaurant WhatsApp’d us the day of to confirm and ask if we had food allergies we let them know that we had peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and gluten (traveling with a friend). Our server showed up to our table and wanted to know (in English) who had allergies and listed out the ones we stated in the WhatsApp amazing communication. He was super helpful steering us in the right direction. Food allergy had tagliatelle and gluten-free had mushroom risotto. As an app the brought out Oaxaca ant butter and brought out gluten-free bread. You have to go here, it’s such a great spot. ”
Contramar
“A great seafood restaurant with tons of energy! Food was outstanding. A bit tough to communicate because it’s really loud. But food was amazing and safe. Food allergy had sopes and tostados. Gluten-free had ensalada verde (so good) and sopes. If you like seafood, go here (there isn’t much on the menu that isn’t fish or shellfish). ”

“Update: amazing!
Was able to eat a ton of different things here, specifically asked for corn tortillas. They have guacamole with grasshoppers sprinkled on top! Crazy electric atmosphere and tons of fun. They do have a lot of things with nuts – did not take my tree nut food allergy child here. ”

“Omgosh, this place is the BEST fast food taco place anywhere. I would have eaten every meal here. They have corn tortillas – one thing to watch out for is the onion dish – which is one of their top sellers, it has Maggi on it – which is a Mexican sauce that has gluten in it. But apparently you can get the onions without Maggi. Highly recommend the Chicharron! ”
