“The BEST food I’ve had in Naxos so far. We got fries, baked feta with honey and sesame seeds, prasino salad, penne pasta, rosto, and loukaniko with saganaki, and they were all SO good. When I had a question about my allergies, the waiter went to double-check. The walk there is up a bunch of crazy and kind of misleading steps, but it’s worth it. If you think you’re going the wrong way, you probably aren’t; it’s just a confusing route!”

Though I didn’t eat the portokalopita we got, I would skip it as someone with a nut allergy, which I do every time I’m in Greece, because even if they don’t think it has nuts, it’s likely to be cross-contaminated/”
