“Staff was all aware to get scoops from containers in the back with clean scoopers for both nut and dairy allergy customers.”

“This place was so great! They have one freezer section with flavors that have nuts. I’ve never seen that before!”

“I saw a Spokin review here (thanks Susie) and we had a safe and yummy visit! They have an allergen statement on their menu, and I talked with the staff. They got fresh and clean everything from the back to minimize cross-contamination. It was so fun watching them use nitrogen to make the ice cream. Our kids thought it was so neat. The ice cream was great too! Would definitely come back.”

“What a delicious ice cream spot! I’ve been to Naples to visit my grandparents many times, but this was my first time trying this place out. There were definitely flavors with nuts in them, but the staff was very mindful about cleaning my scoop and even grabbed a new bin from the back. I got the chocolate brownie chunk and the banana crème pie flavors! Both were delicious, and I would definitely go again. My grandpa got a flavor with a Heath Bar in it, which is one of my favorite candy bars. It has almonds in it, though, so be wary if you’re allergic!”

“I wasn’t here with my allergy daughter, but it’s her favorite, so I had to stop by and ask (and test it ofc haha). They had a sign to mention allergies, and I asked how they handled if they had someone with food allergies. The person was amazing and explained how they use a clean scooper and a new bin. Definitely would not hesitate to bring my daughter here, and also noticed several vegan flavors.”

“I’m sharing a review of this cute ice cream shop, although it doesn’t work for us with nut allergies—it was a small shop that was 100% gluten-free and organic with vegan options (so it could work for others), but several flavors with nuts. They said all flavors are made in a small vicinity—they actually recommended not eating there with a nut allergy (said nicely).”
