“Had such a great allergy experience here while visiting Austin! This is a Texas chain with shops in the ATX and DFW area. They only had one ice cream with nuts (Texas Pecan) and only one nut topping (also pecans). Staff got a clean scoop and changed gloves, and were super knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They did not get a fresh bin, but they clean the scoop between every new flavor to avoid cross-contamination! All the flavors had labels with allergens, so it was super easy to tell what was gluten-free! They also had several vegan ice cream options (coconut-based!). No gluten-free ice cream cones, but I got milk chocolate in a cup, and it was so good and safe!”
