Brennan’s
“We had a delicious breakfast at Brennen’s during our New Orleans vacation! We reached out to the restaurant in advance, and the waiter also clarified the allergy at the table. The options were very limited but delicious! We got their famous bananas foster, eggs St. Charles (with grilled fish not fried), their crawfish quiche, and their seafood gumbo (which was good but spicy!) The atmosphere was so nice, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting NOLA!”

Bon’s New Orleans Street Food
“A must try! The food was delicious and menu items were clearly labeled. I actually stopped in twice it was so good. they have separate stations for sandwiches, separate flat top griddles, separate fryers and prep gluten-free batch recipes on different days than the non gluten-free batch recipes. They also offer their version of gluten-free beignets (calas). We had the gumbo, fried gator bites, gumbo tacos, and calas! Highly recommend.”

Two Tony’s Restaurant
“This restaurant is phenomenal. The chef hand delivered my allergy friendly food to me and assured me I had nothing to worry about! I also got to have my first gumbo at a restaurant there!”

Cafe Maspero
“I ate at Cafe Maspero with no issues. The waitstaff noted my allergies and I had no reaction to my food. I got the taste of Cafe Maspero (gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice) and it was fun to be able to try authentic NOLA food with no issues. Will definitely be back!”

Meals From the Heart Cafe
“So many options! Finding vegetarian and gluten-free gumbo in NOLA was a huge win for me and it was also in one of the cute booth tents with shopping options as well. Perfect find!”

Muriel’s Jackson Square
“We went here for the 3 course price fix dinner. The only options that were soy-free were the gumbo, shrimp and grits, and the creme brûlée . But omg-all three of these dishes tasted incredible! It was our favorite meal during our New Orleans vacation.”
