Alexander’s Tavern
“The chef at Alexander’s has celiac and almost the entire menu can be made gluten free- including crab cakes!!! An absolute must visit in Baltimore, I also really love their crab dip tots (and yes they do have a dedicated fryer and separate prep space)”

Rusty Scupper Restaurant & Bar
“We unexpectedly found ourselves killing a few hours in the inner harbor area of downtown Baltimore. We ended up at dinner here and our PN/TN allergic daughter enjoyed crab cakes, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The menu clearly indicated all items with nuts (1-2 items had a peanut sauce and a few items had pistachio). Our waiter went and spoke to the chef for quite awhile before coming back to tell us that the crab cake meal would be safe. He also checked on their homemade bread (chef advised that she avoid due to shared oven w/ allergens).”
