CALIFORNIA

Oracle Park

Location: San Fransisco, California

“Update: they have a new dedicated gluten-free restaurant on the bottom level! Options for gluten-free pizza, hot dogs, and other snacks. They usually have one or two peanut-free games a year! I’ve been a few times to regular games and always had pretty good experiences. I wipe down my seat and we usually get cheap tickets up in the outfield, so stands are usually not as packed and less peanuts. They have a good taco stand that’s nut-free and mostly gluten-free! I do try to be careful what I eat at the games/not get food I have to touch due to peanut dust and potential cross-contact. I think Oracle Park is one of the better stadiums in regards to peanut allergies—I haven’t been in a few years but definitely am excited to go back when I move to San Francisco!”

Petco Park

Location: San Diego, California

“I love that when I go to the ball park there are options. I usually get Hodads, Board and Brew, an Açaí Bowl or tacos! My mom works there and they give employees a whole list of gluten-free foods throughout the ball park. So just ask any guest services employee and they should be able to help you out.”

ILLINOIS

Wrigley Field

Location: Chicago, Illinois

“Had the best gluten-free hot dog here! All of the stands were well aware on where to get the gluten-free ones (I believe two different ones offer them).”

MARYLAND

Oriole Park at Camden Yards

Location: Baltimore, Maryland.

“Take some time before going to the ballpark to learn about vendors that have allergy-safe food. Plenty of options. Just hard to tell with the crowded environment.”

MISSOURI

Kauffman Stadium

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

“Very few safe options. The only food I’ve found that is gluten and dairy-free is Topsy’s buttered popcorn (no dairy in the butter-flavored oil) and bagged peanuts. However, they remarkably serve Holidaily Brewing’s Favorite Blonde. Cheers!”

NEW YORK

Citi Field

Location: Queens County, New York

“Never thought I’d be able to eat stadium food again until I found out about Citi Field’s incredible allergy section. The concession stand is called World’s Fare Market and has all the ballpark classics like gluten-free burgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers and fries, and so much more! Definitely on the pricey side like anything you get at a stadium, but overall the food was delicious and safe!”

PENNSYLVANIA

Citizens Bank Park

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

“There is a gluten-free section with tons of amazing offerings, including gluten-free cheesesteaks! It is an entirely different stand and so the food is prepared safely. You can also get Chickie and Pete’s fries at certain locations where they only sell the fries!”

PNC Park

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

“Plenty of options for gluten-free (mostly pre packaged, though, but some places do accommodate so its worth asking) – my favorite is the kettle corn. They occasionally have fully peanut-free games and gluten-free games for celiac awareness events. BRGR is on the lower level and does have plenty of gluten-free options including buns.”

TEXAS

Globe Life Park in Arlington

Location: Arlington, Texas

“Went to an MLB game here to watch the Texas Rangers play! It’s an indoor air conditioned stadium because of the Texas heat and was very clean! We sat pretty high up and wiped down our seats and had no issues with peanuts. All the peanut bags at concession stands are sealed. Oatly is a sponsor of this field, and their top 8 allergen free soft serve is sold throughout the stadium! It’s available in vanilla and chocolate and so good!! They also have Bahama Buck’s shaved ice which was another safe allergy-friendly option!”

WASHINGTON

T-Mobile Park

Location: Seattle, Washington

“No peanut section, but had a great time here and no issues with an anaphylactic peanut allergy. We sat in the very top section, so there were few people and very few (if any) peanuts, but my overall observation was that everyone watching Mariners games in Seattle are not big nut eaters. This was one of the cleanest MLB stadiums I’ve been to! If you go to a night game, make sure to sit in sections 310-320ish because the view of Downtown Seattle is amazing! There wasn’t a ton of great food here, but one find was the Salt and Straw cart on the main level that serves no flavors with nuts or gluten! They also put the ice cream in a cup first and then top with a cone, so there was also no gluten cross-contact!!”
