My Favorite Review: At Santa Rita Restaurant, I had one of the best meals I ate in Panama. The steak is A+ and their attention to allergies is on-point.

My Best Spokin Find: Ema in downtown Chicago is amazing. The waitstaff and kitchen were super helpful with allergies, and peanuts are virtually nonexistent on the menu. One of my favorite places in Chicago, hands down!
My Favorite Review: Dinkel’s Bakery is peanut free! It is hands down one of the best donut places in Chicago. Go for the sour cream ones.

My Best Spokin Find: Gerbs Pumpkin Seeds are great. We always have a hard time finding seeds that are free from contamination from tree nuts and these have so many uses!
My Favorite Review: Jim ‘N Nicks Bar-B-Q has a DEDICATED ALLERGY MENU. They are very well educated and my daughter loves the children’s grilled cheese and the cheddar muffins they put out before the meal.

My Best Spokin Find: Chocolate Smarties are delicious! I was so excited to find out from Spokin that they were safe for my kids…they are nut free! Unlike M&Ms, which state on the label that they may contain peanuts, these seem to be safe from any potential cross contamination.
My Favorite Review: Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara —There are not enough positive words to describe my experience there. The staff made us feel so relaxed about our kids’ food allergies, including their uncommon ones, mustard and chickpea.
