CASA LUCIANA
“We stayed here when visiting Ciudad de México and had breakfast included. I felt safe each morning with my nut allergy eating here.”

Camino Real Polanco Proveedores
“Update: Came back here with my food allergy friend who has the same allergies as my son, and peanuts. She had a ton of options at the club-level lounge where we ate all of our food. Such an easy place to stay, loved it.
We stayed in a suite, which gives you access to their VIP club with a separate lounge space for buffet meals, snacks, and drinks, so I can’t comment on the main restaurant. But the club-level staff was super helpful in getting me corn tortillas and clarifying any questions I had. They have gluten-free chilaquiles and scrambled eggs. They offer yogurts and fresh fruit. Not a ton of options, but there was always something gluten-free I could find. NOTE: I didn’t have my tree-nut-allergic son with me. There were lots of open bowls of nuts around the buffet.”

Mexico City Hostel
“I was nervous about handling my allergy in my first independent international adventure, but Mexico City Hostel made it easy. They offer breakfast every morning, and the staff was willing to work with me to make sure that what I had would be safe. The room was clean, and the managers were receptive. Also reasonably priced for college students looking to get away.”
