“Dedicated peanut-free, gluten-free, vegan, and soy-free ice cream shop! This was such a find! They have fresh made gluten-free waffle cones that smelled like heaven! Most of the ice cream is made with coconut milk, but they do have one or two flavors with cashew milk, and one with almonds and pecans. However, they were so accommodating of tree nuts allergies. They have a separate nut-free scoop and washed hands and changed gloves and made sure I was safe! Their menu was also so thorough! They list out every ingredient, so I was personally able to double check which flavors were nut-free! The seasonal flavor was cookies and creme, and it was amazing!”

I usually avoid the sprinkles/toppings just to be on the safe side because they are in an area with almonds—although they all have separate jars! But I have gotten their caramel and chocolate sauce before and both are so good! Highly recommend Smitten for safe ice cream in the Bay Area!”
