NEBRASKA

Saigon Surface

NEW YORK

Kung Fu Little Steamed Buns Ramen

“If you say you’re allergic to nuts, they’ll tell you that they’ll take care of it. I never go to Asian restaurants with my nut allergies, but I feel safe there!”

@apalin who manages peanut and soy allergies

Dynasty Dim Sum

Location: New York, New York

“I ate here with my daughter and granddaughters expecting to only eat a bowl of white rice. The excellent waitstaff wouldn’t hear of it! He knew exactly what oils they used, how they prepped and would cook each dish, and assured me that they could prepare with all my allergies in mind! It was amazing! I had organic chicken sautéed in canola oil, steamed broccoli, and fluffy white rice. I also had a steaming pot of jasmine green tea! Delicious!”

@lorettaspage who manages celiac and peanut, tree nut, soy, shellfish, wheat, fruit, grain, and legume allergies

NORTH CAROLINA

Golden Dragon Asian Bistro

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina

“I don’t order from here anymore because I like the quality of food better at King Chef. However, I have had safe food here and they understand my allergies.”

@apalin who manages peanut and soy allergies

TEXAS

Sip Pho

Location: Austin, Texas

“I had the vegan pho and they were able to cook it separately to ensure it was absolutely gluten-free! It was delicious. They don’t have gluten-free labeled on the menu, but the cashier was very knowledgeable. She also removed the tofu for my soy allergy and was very flexible. They are super nice!”

@plantivore who manages celiac and peanut, tree nut, milk, soy, wheat, flax, and corn allergies

LaVui Vietnamese
