Nut-Free Maine Top Picks

Hi! I’m Claudia, and I recently traveled up the coast of  Maine! I found many safe spots to eat while managing peanut and tree nut allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my finds are also all featured in this guide.

One highlight was Lost Fire, where I enjoyed the crispiest brussels sprouts and a refreshing cantaloupe sorbet for dessert, then relaxed by the fire afterwards!

Maine is full of amazing things to do! From exploring beautiful beaches to scenic hikes to enjoying free concerts and yoga classes. Follow me on Spokin @alladvocatemph to see my 113 reviews and on Insta @allergyadvocatemph!
