Plataran Komodo Resort & Spa

“AMAZING STAFF! Every waiter knew about my allergy. I would usually order directly with the chef or the manager. I only ate really plain food to be extra safe, but they went above and beyond for me… I ate foods like plain fish, white rice, and steamed veggies while here!! All staff knew about my allergy and really cared. Also, lots of gluten-free options if that’s your only allergy!“

“AMAZING HOTEL! It is absolutely stunning AND also amazing with allergies!! They took every single precaution possible, and whenever I ordered, they knew my allergy. I spoke with the manager when checking in and she brought the chef out to speak with me. I felt so safe, and the food was delicious,. Stuck with plain foods, but it was still great!”
