Preparation: The cookie dough contains heat-treated flour, sugar, butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, salt, and milk and is egg-free. The white chocolate dessert sauce contains soy. The “spaghetti” comes with a Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolate ball for the “meatball” on top (although it can be served without). The stand has optional mixed nuts and peanut butter cup piece toppings.

They also run a booth next door with a full gluten-free meal of grilled steak or pork loin, mashed red potatoes, green beans and sautéed onions and mushrooms.
