Ball State University
“I have had the BEST dining experience with my lengthy list of food allergies at BSU! There are three different dining halls on campus and 2/3 have a dedicated allergen station that is free of the top 9 allergens. However, with my list being more than those 9, they have a dedicated chef that makes me prepared meals that have been safe and delicious. The staff is very educated and helpful!”
North Dining Hall
“North Dining is one of 3 dining halls on campus with a wide variety of food choices. They have a Top 9 allergen-free station where the food prepared there will not contain or come in contact with any of the top 9 food allergens. They also offer a wide variety of allergen-friendly snacks! Each station has clear allergen labeling as well!”
Tom John Food Shop
“Tom John Food Shop is conveniently located in the lobby of one of the dorms on campus. They have a dedicated shelf for some allergy-friendly snacks. I love having this as an option if I am in need of a snack on the go!”
The Tally Food Court
“The Tally offers some allergen-free snacks and has a variety of gluten-free snacks throughout the store. The convenience of The Tally is great if I am on the north side of campus and need a snack. I am confident that I could pick up a safe snack there.”
Woodworth Dining
“Woodworth dining does not have a dedicated allergen free station; however, they do offer some allergen friendly snacks! My favorites are the Enjoy Life dark chocolate bars and Snyder’s Gluten-free pretzels! Of course, there is a wide variety of fruit options as well.”
The Atrium
“The Atrium is one of two dining halls on campus that has a top 9 allergen-free station. It is its own dedicated station that has a large variety of meals that are free from the top 9 food allergens! Each station in The Atrium has clear allergen labeling!”
