“This restaurant is INCREDIBLE. I spoke with the 2 owners and they’re an absolute joy and truly love creating an inclusive restaurant. They are seed oil-free (amazing for my soy allergy!) and make everything from scratch. They were so nice about my allergies. I had spring rolls, curry, a noodle dish and mango sticky rice. When I tell you the quality of the food and ingredients is unmatched… you can taste the love and care. It was my second time going and I’ll definitely be back any time I’m in the area!”

“I would eat here every day if I could. They have an entire gluten-free menu and are amazing. The dumplings are THE BEST. They are so delicious. Only wish they offered veggie dumplings or different fillings.”

Texas

Thai Fresh

Location: Austin, Texas

“Their Pad Thai and curry are both delicious, gluten-free options are clearly marked. They can also make many dishes soy-free by selecting fish sauce instead of soy sauce.”

“INCREDIBLE experience. A must-go if you like Thai food and Michelin experiences. They were so accommodating with my meal (I have 8 allergies and I reached out in advance) and the food was amazing. Royal Thai cuisine is not something you can typically find in North America. This is a gem! If I lived here I would definitely go often. We will be back next time we’re in Toronto.”

“This is an incredible Michelin experience and they took such good care of me! I emailed them in advance and they had gone above and beyond to prep safe sauces for me. I loved eating here and would jump to go again. The ingredient quality was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Be warned it’s a very expensive experience, but it’s once in a lifetime incredible!”

“Delicious fine dining South Indian food! Menu is clearly labeled and they took my allergies seriously. My favorite item was the dosa, but everything was delicious. They even crafted a dessert that wasn’t on the menu to accommodate my allergies. Excellent experience!”

France

“This may be my favorite place in Paris. This is an incredible dim sum restaurant with so many gluten-free dumplings. They even accommodated my soy allergy which can be tough. The owner’s mom (the chef) has celiac disease so I felt very safe.”

Copains Marais

“If you’re gluten-free, this will be the BEST place. It’s 100% gluten-free and they have a huge variety of baked goods. However, if you have other allergies I highly recommend you double-check the ingredients yourself. I shared my allergy card, but then they sold me a product that had 2 of my allergens in it.”

Netherlands

De Kas

“This was a delicious Michelin star meal and I felt very safe. They have a greenhouse where they grow the ingredients and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. Although the menu changes daily, they reviewed my allergies and prepped accordingly. They were very creative and I didn’t feel like I missed out. Make a reservation far in advance because it books up!”

“Amazing gluten-free options. Their dumplings are amazing, the staff is so kind, and all the food was wonderful. Be aware, they have a tiny amount of vegetable oil (soy) in the dumpling dough batter, but after talking through it with them I decided to have them regardless and I was fine (normally I have instant reactions to soy, but use your own caution). Loved this place!”
