“We recently learned that Epic Burger has a blender that is dedicated free of nuts! It’s actually a different color. We were so excited that we tried vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry shakes! They were so good! We also had french fries, which are made in a fryer dedicated free of nuts, and a burger, of course! And for anyone with a sesame allergy, they are sesame-free including their buns! Such a find; we love Epic Burger! We have had great experiences here. They are almost more conservative than us. CALIFORNIA
Black Tap
Location: Anaheim, California
“They can make any of their shakes vegan and it was the best shake I have ever had (I’ve had my fair share of ice cream). The manager was exceptional. I had ordered dairy-free for allergies and chose chocolate Oreo. He notified me that they used an off-brand of Oreo and it contained dairy. He refunded the topping and remade my shake for me. I was so thankful he saw my allergy on the order slip, went out of his way to help, and was so helpful. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m on vacation! 5 stars are not enough!”

Smokejumpers Grill
Location: Anaheim, California
“Located off of Buena Vista Street near the Soarin’ Over the World attraction, Smokejumpers Grill is one of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner in California Adventure. The kitchen is nut-free, except for the Impossible burger, and they have allergy-friendly burger buns, gluten-free fries, and plant-based cheese! Since I can have coconut, I am safely able to have the Impossible burger loaded vegan chili fries which are incredible and top 8 allergen-free! I also LOVE their milkshakes, which are all always nut-free! Their summer seasonal s’mores shake contains graham cracker crumbs, but I was able to get it specially made gluten-free by the chef!”

Roam Artisan Burgers
Location: San Francisco, California
“Such yummy burgers! I’ve been coming here for years and always feel safe with my allergies! I love how customizable everything is. Even the burger meat has options: turkey, beef, bison, lamb, and veggie. Their most popular bun is a sesame seed bun but they do have other options (wheat, gluten-free, or lettuce wrap). I’ve never had a shake here BUT the flavors are all nut-free (sans coconut) and my peanut/tree nut-allergic friend had a vanilla bean shake with no problems! Got takeout here during COVID with no problems! Love Roam!”

CONNECTICUT
Three Girls Vegan
Location: Guilford, Connecticut
“Three Girls Vegan has been serving delicious Italian cuisine for years. They recently opened a bakery at a second location in Connecticut. They serve bakery foods, breads and more. I went there on their third day since opening and enjoyed their croissants, focaccia, pain au chocolate, cupcakes and cookies. I also had their soft serve ice cream with chocolate dip on a cone. They have a few different soft serve flavors and a choice of chocolate or cherry dip and other toppings. They also make soft serve sundaes, shakes and ice cream cakes. Their soft serve is oat milk based. I believe they use almond milk as well. Their cones are gluten-free. Everything on their menu is dairy-free, vegan and delicious! I can’t wait to go back to try more items on their menu!”

“AMAZING! I do not even have words! If you are going to Disney, you must go here! It is located inside Hollywood Studios! I had a shake for the first time in my life…and not just any shake, but a cookie shake made with Tofutti ice cream, Enjoy Life cookies, rice milk, coconut whipped cream, and house made chocolate sauce! Chef Daniel makes everything in his own station, so no need to worry about cross-contact! In addition to the shake, I had an outstanding burger and fries! Definitely one of the best meals of my life, and chef could not have been any kinder!”

D-Luxe Burger
Location: Lake Buena Vista, Florida
“D-luxe Burger was d-licious! I never really have been able to have speciality shakes at restaurants (let alone theme parks) due to risk of cross-contamination. But D-luxe burger is a saving Grace! Their kitchen is 100% nut-free and make their gelato in-house so it is guaranteed nut-free! This was such a win for Oliver and I, so we had the s’mores shake and fries to share (they fry in canola oil). The s’mores shake was absolutely delicious and I am so happy that I can have a fancy milkshake like everyone else now.”

“This was honestly the most magical experience for our dining. The chef came out and spent so much time reviewing stuff and our allergens, figured out what our picky food-allergy toddler liked to eat, and created something off menu for her. Chef Ken then made a safe milkshake which was amazing. 10/10 would go back.”

“Their coconut and sorbet machine are top 8 free (with the exception of coconut being the tree nut). They do have a gluten-free cookie, however, it does contain soybean if you have to avoid that. Brad, the owner, responded to my email right away sharing product ingredients and pictures. This was very helpful. They do have some top 8 free toppings, however, some of the topping bar ingredients may have cross-contamination but they will provide fresh toppings from the back upon request. Their milkshakes can be made with almond milk upon request as well. This was such a great experience to have a real ice cream date with friends.”

“The ice cream was a little on the pricey side, but It. Was. So. Good. Oat milk soft serve ice cream? Yes please! They have chocolate, vanilla, swirl, and a seasonal flavor. They serve milkshakes and sundaes and have plenty of toppings to choose from (there were a couple peanut-related toppings so only eat at your comfort level). But guess what?! They had an ingredient book with all the toppings, ice cream flavors, and the different types of cones’ ingredients! Will absolutely go again.”

We were so thankful they shared this information with us. The molten cakes were recommended, since those cakes are prepped and baked in a different area.
