“In every Nando’s there is a ‘Food Allergy and Nutritional information’ book, which tells you all the ingredients in every product Nando’s have. When ordering your meal at the till, the till shows an allergy notice, and reminds customers to speak with staff about their food allergies and dietary requirements. When a customer informs staff about their allergies, the manager takes the order and serves the customer their order. Nando’s website has a dietary requirement filter for their online menu. I order the Rainbow Bowl & Peri Peri Chips and it’s always delicious! My meal comes with an allergy flag to show the dish was prepared for someone with allergies.”
