“Was able to bring my own food into the plane with no issues!”

Itsu
“I had seen some reviews of Itsu on Spokin so I wanted to try it out! After looking at the menu items online and their ingredients, I wanted to try the edamame cup and baby avocado rolls. When I told the staff I had allergies, they brought out a comprehensive allergy guide. It listed every menu item and show if it contained, may contained, or didn’t contain numerous allergens. A lot of the sushi packs included wasabi and soy sauce so it also depicted if these contained any allergens. I safely ate the edemame cup and baby avocado rolls multiple times and they were delicious!!”

Nandos
“I also went to Nandos for a dine-in experience with a friend during my stay in London. Before we even sat down, they asked if we had any allergies. I was hoping to order some chips, which she confirmed would be ok after looking at my allergy card. She said to speak to the front counter when I wanted to order instead of using the QR code at the table. Looking at the menu it also said to order at the till if you have any allergies so you could speak to a manager. When I ordered at the front, they added my allergies to the order so the chefs would know. The chips came out with an allergy flag on it, which was so reassuring to see. My friend also bought a bowl of chips so seeing the flag to differentiate the meals was so great!”

The Crown Tavern
“Safely had a cider here, the staff were able to confirm if it was gluten-free or not!”

Harrods
“Got a fruit cup of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. They listed any of the top allergens in bold and there were none in this!”
