The chef/owner came right over and shared that he was going to clean the kitchen before he cooked my meal. He even made sure he was not preparing other meals at the same time, in case of cross-contamination. It took a little bit longer, but I was really appreciative of the detail and care this restaurant had. Also it was a very good meal! I highly recommend. I learned after we went that if you call ahead and let them know about your allergies they will be prepared for you to come (with a clean kitchen).”
