My Best Spokin Find: Ema in downtown Chicago is amazing. The waitstaff and kitchen were super helpful with allergies, and peanuts are virtually nonexistent on the menu. One of my favorite places in Chicago, hands down!

My Favorite Review: Starry Lane Bakery — While on vacation in Southern California, we made it a “mission” to visit the bakery so I could post a review on Spokin. It was such a fun experience!
Peanut, Tree Nut, Milk, Egg, Sesame, Peach
My Favorite Review: Monarch Beach Resort is my family’s favorite getaway place! The chef had a special three-course menu planned for my son everyday we were there. For Thanksgiving, he made him his own turkey meal.

My Favorite Review: The food at Bareburger is so delicious and the staff is so helpful. Because there’s so many vegan options there, I can eat a lot of food, including deserts! Where else can I get a cheeseburger and a milkshake in one place?
Peanuts, Tree Nuts
Tampa Bay, FL
My Best Spokin Find: Gerbs Pumpkin Seeds are great. We always have a hard time finding seeds that are free from contamination from tree nuts and these have so many uses!
My Favorite Review: Jim ‘N Nicks Bar-B-Q has a DEDICATED ALLERGY MENU. They are very well educated and my daughter loves the children’s grilled cheese and the cheddar muffins they put out before the meal.
Peanut, Tree Nut, Egg, Mustard, Sesame, Chickpea, Grass

My Best Spokin Find: Chocolate Smarties are delicious! I was so excited to find out from Spokin that they were safe for my kids…they are nut free! Unlike M&Ms, which state on the label that they may contain peanuts, these seem to be safe from any potential cross contamination.
My Favorite Review: Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara —There are not enough positive words to describe my experience there. The staff made us feel so relaxed about our kids’ food allergies, including their uncommon ones, mustard and chickpea.
