“What better place to cheer on the Crimson Tide than their very own stadium? From the fun on the Quad to the stadium surrounded by diehard fans, game day in Tuscaloosa never disappoints. Friendly fans are always more than excited to greet you with a big, ‘Roll Tide!’”

“Super clean stadium at the University of Arizona and I only saw peanuts sold from the people waking around selling beer which I saw 1 time during the game. If it was available at the concessions, I didn’t see them. No one was eating any food around us in our seats, maybe because it was an evening game. Our allergy daughter was not with us but I checked out the hot dogs and pretzels and would feel super comfortable taking her to a game here!”

“Jordan Hare has tons of options for food! Whether you’re feeling snacky or need a full meal. I usually resorted to the snack bar and either got candy or a hot pretzel because I knew they were safe! However, there are tons of Chick-fil-A vendors in the stadium. I tend to avoid Chick-fil-A due to my allergies, but there are plenty of other food options so you won’t go hungry! I also never had a problem of bringing in a small purse with my EpiPens—I would recommend a clear bag if you have a larger bag though!”

“Overall clean stadium that sells Bojangles, which is always safe for my allergy. None of the other foods they sell at concessions are labeled or are associated with a brand, and I’m always in such a rush so I haven’t checked those for allergens, but they also sell cheeseburgers, pretzels, etc. A downside is that they do sell bagged peanuts and I believe peanut M&Ms, and they’re quite a popular buy from what I’ve seen, but I rarely see shells on the floor of the stadium so it’s cleaned well.”

“Rhodes Stadium, home of the Phoenix, is the Elon University football stadium where spirit, talent, and tradition collide! I enjoyed many games in this stadium as an Elon University student, and was always impressed by the variety of concession options present and the cleanliness of the stadium, in particular. Elon dining hosts excellent vendors on game-day, right outside of the stadium, including food trucks, tailgate tents, and more. I always enjoyed visiting the snow cone stand, which had a variety of flavors made without top allergens as well as the homemade lemonade stand! Additionally, Elon’s mission to serve all students by providing safe, enjoyable experiences is reflected in their willingness to communicate regarding allergen information and accommodate, when possible, on game days. While I miss going to games in Rhodes, I’ll always give a ‘Go Phoenix!’ from afar.”

“I always feel safe at Georgia games! My favorite is to get a pink lemonade Minute Maid sorbet from one of the stands. At the main food stand they have Lay’s potato chips which are a good staple, and that stand is grab-and-go. The staff are very kind even though very busy! I put my EpiPen in the shade of the stands during games since it gets so hot!”

“We came to the game with my mom who carries an EpiPen due to a severe bee allergy and noticed they would not let purses in, but when she mentioned she was carrying an EpiPen, they said no problem, gave her a wristband and took her to the front of the line! We will check our food soon but noticed a bunch of food trucks on the east side of the stadium and no nuts on the menu. I’m not sure if they sell peanuts, we didn’t see, but did see Peanut M&Ms for sale—no one was really eating by us and we definitely didn’t see any nuts on the ground! GO ILLINI!”

“Attended different games here over the years and found it pretty clean. Can’t recall what the menu is like as I did not eat anything at the stadium and many students tailgate before, but I believe it’s mostly hamburgers, popcorn, concession stands. Was never concerned about peanut shells or anything like that either. Even though UMass football isn’t the best, attending a game is a right of passage. My graduation was also held here and it was great.”

“The Big House is a great sports venue! It’s very clean, and nut-free (except for certain ice creams in a separate area of the stadium). If you need to take in a medical bag, there are designated gates where you will get an approval tag for your bag. You can also bring in safe snacks! There are supposed to be QR codes with allergy information at every food stall, but they don’t always have them or the information isn’t always accurate, so proceed with caution!”

I have never experienced any hidden allergens, and the staff is always willing to answer my questions and check ingredients for me. My only concern when eating at the stadium is they do serve bags of peanuts, and the loose shells in the seats can be uncomfortable. However, the stadium is an open air environment which helps!”

“Although Husky Stadium does serve peanuts, I found the stadium to still be relatively clean! There were definitely some shells in the stands, but that was because of individual fans not cleaning up after themselves, rather than a lack of cleaning by the stadium. Thankfully, none of the fans around us were eating nuts. I had no problem bringing my EpiPens into the stadium in a clear fanny pack, and they had plenty of safe dining options for me. Plus, it has an incredible view overlooking the water and mountain range!”
